Learning “Remotely”


Developing and upgrading interpersonal and managerial skills enable every professional to improve his performance and build efficient business relationships in his working environment.

From this perspective, choosing to invest in training and development programs, either on a personal or organizational level, is considered a strategic decision especially when an engagement to transfer learning into the workplace is sought, thus, securing a positive return on investment.

As all businesses and individuals are striving for Results, Training and Development industry has been, for years, upgrading its services either physically or remotely to deliver customized learning programs which means understanding talent development needs of beneficiaries as a first and crucial step.

Initiated by a strong belief that learning opportunities should remain available despite all the constraints caused by the economic downturns and followed by the COVID-19 lockdown, Apave Liban and Tawjih for Training and Consultancy have launched a series of Interactive Online Trainings to make learning accessible remotely in a very practical way.

Online training was developed worldwide years ago and has been adopted by many organizations as a useful alternative when it comes to train geographically dispersed individuals or when a need is felt in terms of saving time and money. Therefore, organizations and individuals will have the choice to select training modes according to their situation.

Our series of Online Trainings turning around topics such as Efficient Communication Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Business Etiquette in the new era in addition to other topics were designed with a high level of interaction, allowing participants to exchange with trainers on delivered concepts and theories from one side and go through practical activities on the other side.

These sessions are aiming to make the online learning experience as close as possible to face-to-face trainings by offering participants live exercises, simulations and role-plays that turn theories into practice.

Where working remotely is prevailing on all business activities nowadays, it can be the right moment as well to rethink personal and organizational performances which makes exploring Online Training to pursue learning, while staying safe, a valuable option for professionals.
